Description

Lead the design and deployment of production planning and detailed scheduling solutions. Act as the subject matter expert for scheduling, mentoring junior engineers and translating manufacturing constraints into technical requirements.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Conduct workshops with business owners to document manufacturing process requirements and map them into phased platform blueprints.
• Design operational shopfloor solutions that interact directly with execution systems.
• Configure solutions for complex supply chain problems and monitor performance metrics.
• Coordinate defect tracking, analysis, and resolution with customers.
• Mentor junior team members and guide technical implementation.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience implementing supply chain planning applications.
• 3+ years of experience designing and implementing Advanced Planning and Scheduling (APS) solutions.
• Expert-level knowledge of Production Planning and Detailed Scheduling concepts, objectives, and constraints.
• Deep understanding of supply chain planning, including Distribution Planning, Master Planning, and S&OP.
• Proficiency in SQL, MDX, or T-SQL.
• Hands-on experience with SQL Server or MySQL.
• Master’s Degree in Operations Research, Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Proficiency in Python or JavaScript.
• Experience with deep supply chain optimization.
