You will design and develop architecture solutions for banking applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define technical architecture, frameworks, and development best practices.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions by working with stakeholders.
• Lead technical discussions, architecture reviews, and guide developers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver features.
• Ensure architecture meets scalability, security, and performance requirements.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in solution architecture and system design.
• Expertise in Java and Spring Boot.
• Deep knowledge of Microservices architecture.
• Experience with event-driven architecture and Kafka.
• Proven track record designing scalable, high-performance enterprise applications.
• Understanding of cloud-based and distributed systems architecture.
• Strong problem-solving and technical leadership skills.
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the banking or financial services domain.
• Ability to lead technical decision-making in complex environments.
