Description

You will lead the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and distributed enterprise SAP solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement SAP solutions for financial processes, specifically using SAP S/4HANA Finance.
  • Set architectural guidelines and best practices to ensure technical solutions meet project requirements.
  • Oversee the development, testing, and implementation of technical solutions while conducting design and code reviews.
  • Lead large teams and manage the SAP practice, including talent discovery, upskilling, and performance assessments.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide solution planning, and own RFP/proposal processes.

Required Skills

  • 14+ years of experience designing and developing enterprise SAP solutions.
  • Deep expertise in SAP FI/CO, including Financial Accounting (FI), Controlling (CO), Asset Accounting (AA), and Treasury and Risk Management.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance.
  • Proven ability to lead and influence large teams within an Agile SDLC environment.
  • Experience in solution planning, estimations, and technical profile definition.
  • Strong background in configuring SAP systems to align with financial best practices and regulatory compliance.
  • Expertise in ensuring data integrity and security within SAP Finance environments.
  • Ability to work directly with clients on technology solutions, timelines, and execution.
