Description

Lead data and analytics strategy for clients in the CRO and pharma sectors, defining roadmaps and driving account growth through technical leadership.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Partner with customers to define and execute overall data and analytics roadmaps.
• Advise CXO-level stakeholders on data strategy and challenge existing technical plans.
• Design solutions leveraging modern cloud analytics platforms and master data management.
• Drive account growth through technical leadership and strategic engagement.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of industry experience in Data & Analytics.
• 5+ years of experience specifically within the clinical trial domain.
• Deep expertise in the CRO/pharma domain.
• Hands-on experience with Snowflake and/or Databricks.
• Experience with Master Data Management (MDM).
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Ability to communicate complex technical strategies to executive leadership.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Azure Data Factory (ADF).
