Description

You will lead the implementation and integration of the Icertis Contract Management (ICM) platform.

Responsibilities

• Configure ICM contract templates, workflows, clauses, metadata fields, and approval rules.
• Design and implement integration strategies between Ariba Contract Workspace and ICM for intake, metadata sync, and approval flows.
• Develop integrations for document push/pull, status updates, and eSignature flows between Icertis and Ariba.
• Coordinate data migration from Ariba or legacy systems and validate data consistency across platforms.
• Design reports and dashboards in ICM to monitor lifecycle metrics, renewals, and compliance KPIs.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in solution architecture or related implementation roles.
• Deep understanding of CLM processes, contract types (NDA, MSA, SOW), and legal workflows.
• Hands-on experience with SAP Ariba downstream solutions (Buying, Guided Buying, eInvoicing).
• Proficiency with SAP Process Modelling Suite, including Signavio, ARISE, or Visio.
• Experience with APIs and middleware such as Dell Boomi or MuleSoft.
• Familiarity with Icertis Connect Framework and DocuSign or Adobe Sign integrations.
• Ability to map key data fields including Contract ID, supplier data, and contract dates between systems.
