Lead end-to-end solution design and technical orchestration for cross-domain initiatives.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Own technical design and E2E solution strategy to ensure cohesive integration across domains.
• Translate business requirements into actionable technical specifications for engineering teams.
• Identify architectural gaps and define remediation efforts or mitigation options.
• Maintain comprehensive design documentation, including architecture diagrams, data models, and APIs.
• Enforce design processes and ensure alignment with digital architecture standards.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in solution design or technical architecture.
• Proven experience with E2E Design and managing cross-domain initiatives.
• Strong proficiency in designing and documenting APIs.
• Ability to negotiate and document technical tradeoffs.
• Experience creating formal networks and coordinating between multiple technical groups.
• Ability to exercise judgment in selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria.
• Experience providing informal supervision of work assignments.
• Any graduate degree.
