Design and lead end-to-end automation solutions for large-scale client engagements.

Responsibilities

• Architect automation solutions using RPA, ML, AI, and workflow tools.
• Manage client engagements, including risk, governance, scope, budget, and resource allocation.
• Lead IT services delivery for teams of 50+ resources.
• Cross-functional collaboration to resolve complex technical issues.
• Mentor teams and drive capability improvements.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of professional work experience.
• 6+ years of hands-on project or program management for Fortune 500 clients.
• 2+ years of delivery experience in banking, capital markets, insurance, or F&A.
• Technical knowledge of RPA, ML, AI, and workflow tools.
• Experience with J2EE and MS stacks.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, ServiceNow, and cloud environments.
• Experience with offshore delivery models at large System Integrators.
• Knowledge of CMM, CMMi, or Six Sigma processes.
• Bachelor's degree.

Preferred Skills

• PMP Certification.
• Certification or exposure in Design Thinking.
