Lead the automation vertical by defining roadmaps, managing costs, and analyzing the automation landscape.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design automation processes and governance models to ensure sustained growth.
• Analyze existing landscapes to identify areas for automation implementation and efficiency.
• Perform feasibility analysis, effort estimation, and ROI/break-even projections.
• Manage the automation team and drive the strategic roadmap.
• Execute hands-on scripting and troubleshooting using automation tools.

Required Skills

• 13+ years of experience in automating various testing activities.
• 7+ years of experience managing test automation teams.
• Hands-on experience with Selenium-Java and Python.
• Proficiency in implementing low-code automation tools such as TOOSCA or Katalon.
• Proven track record implementing TOSCA for Web, Mobile, and Legacy systems.
• Experience delivering test automation for Agile projects using CI/CD tools.
• Any Graduate degree.
