Responsibilities

• Assess current system architecture and recommend technical improvements to engineering teams.
• Lead and supervise development teams to resolve technical problems as they arise.
• Evaluate the business impact of technical choices and provide updates on development processes, costs, and budgets.
• Research emerging technologies to propose necessary architectural changes.
• Communicate technical issues and project status to stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience in IT.
• 5+ years leading automation projects.
• Proven experience in engineering and software architecture design.
• Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, and SQL.
• Knowledge of Python.
• Strong understanding of various operating systems and databases.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
