Description

Design and implement technical architectures for a SaaS-based support experience platform. You will lead technical implementations from inception to delivery, ensuring seamless integration with customer systems.

Responsibilities

• Design technical solutions and architectures tailored for the SaaS support platform.
• Collaborate with customers to define technical requirements and deliver bespoke solutions.
• Manage end-to-end technical implementations, providing project leadership.
• Execute data mapping and integration between the platform and external systems.
• Partner with development and product teams to ensure robust solution integration.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in solutions architecture, software development, or related fields.
• Expertise in PostgreSQL, Python, and JSON.
• Deep understanding of CRM data architecture.
• Proven experience in API design and microservices.
• Knowledge of cloud infrastructure and customer support systems.
• Experience managing technical implementation projects for enterprise-level customers.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
