Design and implement technical solutions that align with enterprise architecture and business processes.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop component architectures, shared services, and enterprise technology architectures.
• Perform enterprise applications integration (EAI) and architecture quality assurance for complex projects.
• Incorporate new technologies into existing enterprise IT systems.
• Implement and maintain cloud database environments in AWS or Azure.
• Troubleshoot and resolve database performance issues.

Required Skills

• 20+ years of experience in solution architecture and architecture quality assurance.
• 20+ years of experience developing complex programs using Java (J2EE), JSP/Servlets, JavaScript, JDBC, and Oracle WebLogic.
• 20+ years of experience with Oracle Database, PL/SQL, and SQL.
• 15+ years of experience reviewing and recommending web application and JavaScript frameworks.
• 10+ years of experience at a high technical and leadership responsibility level.
• 10+ years of experience integrating new technologies into enterprise IT systems.
• 5+ years of experience using Jira, Bitbucket, ServiceNow, SharePoint, and Confluence.
• Recent experience with public pension systems or Governmental Retirement Benefits and Health Programs.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing cloud database environments in AWS or Azure.
