Description

Design and implement complex Salesforce solutions and custom Force.com enterprise applications for clients in Toronto.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Salesforce solutions across Sales, Service, Community, Marketing, and Financial clouds.
• Translate complex business requirements into scalable technical architectures.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and AWS Connect.
• Lead technical collaboration with cross-functional teams to present and support architectural decisions.
• Enforce Salesforce development best practices, coding standards, and security frameworks.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer or Architect.
• Expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud Voice and AWS Connect.
• Hands-on experience with AWS platform integration.
• Deep knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Community Cloud.
• Proficiency with ETL tools and integration techniques.
• Strong web development skills in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience with Angular or React frameworks.
• Proven track record delivering custom Force.com enterprise applications.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce Certified Application Architect or System Architect certifications.
