Key Responsibilities:
Lead full-stack resiliency and availability reviews across applications, data, and infrastructure.
Develop and enforce repeatable, resilient reference architectures.
Review, execute, and enforce the Permit to Build (PTB) process, with a focus on resiliency and availability components.
Ensure all P&C Policy blueprints align with industry architecture standards.
Identify opportunities for automation and AI-driven improvements.
Mentor and guide developers and engineers on architecture best practices.
Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure end-to-end solution alignment

We are seeking a P&C Domain Solution Architect with a focus on resiliency, availability, and full-stack architecture. This senior role requires an individual with leadership experience or a strong desire to grow into a leadership position, who can operate both strategically and in a hands-on technical capacity. The selected individual will support the broader Property & Casualty domain by leading resiliency reviews and helping to harden modernized policy and claims systems
