Description

Lead full-stack resiliency and availability reviews across applications, data, and infrastructure for the Property & Casualty domain.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enforce repeatable, resilient reference architectures.
• Review, execute, and enforce the Permit to Build (PTB) process with a focus on resiliency.
• Ensure all P&C Policy blueprints align with industry architecture standards.
• Identify opportunities for automation and AI-driven improvements.
• Mentor developers and engineers on architecture best practices.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience in solution architecture.
• Strong background in Java development.
• Hands-on experience with AWS cloud infrastructure.
• Deep knowledge of Guidewire platforms.
• Experience with P&C (Property & Casualty) domain systems.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills

• Leadership experience or a strong desire to grow into a leadership position.
• Strategic mindset combined with hands-on technical capacity.
