Description

You will lead technical engagements to help customers and partners evaluate, adopt, and expand the use of SD-WAN and SASE technologies.

Responsibilities

• Provide architectural design services for SD-WAN deployments, including HLD and LLD documentation.
• Perform hands-on testing to validate proof-of-concept setups, network designs, and new product features.
• Deliver professional services on an assignment basis for strategic customers.
• Author technical whitepapers, knowledge base articles, and partner-facing content.
• Evangelize technical leadership to customers and partners.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience planning, designing, or operating service provider or large enterprise WAN/LAN networks.
• In-depth understanding of the TCP/IP protocol stack and operations.
• Proficiency with WAN technologies and protocols including MPLS, MPLS-based VPNs, BGP, OSPF, QoS, NAT, and Multicast.
• Experience architecting and managing large-scale, resilient enterprise networking solutions.
• Knowledge of Linux administration.
• Ability to use Shell and Python scripting.
• Strong hands-on skills in deploying and troubleshooting complex networks.
• Any graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Operational knowledge of firewalls, UTMs, IDS/IPS, and malware prevention systems.
• Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, OpenStack, or VMware.
• Knowledge of best practice architectures for SaaS applications.
