Description

Lead technical engagements to help customers and partners evaluate, adopt, and expand SD-WAN and SASE technologies.

Provide architectural design services for SD-WAN deployments, including HLD and LLD documentation. Perform hands-on testing to validate proof-of-concept setups, network designs, and new product features. Deliver professional services on an assignment basis for strategic customers. Author technical whitepapers, knowledge base articles, and partner-facing content. Evangelize technical leadership to customers and partners.

Responsibilities

• Design SD-WAN solutions and document HLD/LLD specifications.
• Execute hands-on testing for PoCs and network designs.
• Deliver professional services for strategic customer assignments.
• Create technical whitepapers and knowledge base articles.
• Evaluate and recommend SD-WAN and SASE adoption strategies.

Required Skills

• 5+ years planning, designing, or operating service provider or large enterprise WAN/LAN networks.
• In-depth understanding of the TCP/IP protocol stack and operations.
• Proficiency with WAN technologies: MPLS, MPLS-based VPNs, BGP, OSPF, QoS, NAT, and Multicast.
• Experience architecting large-scale, resilient enterprise networking solutions.
• Linux administration skills.
• Shell and Python scripting proficiency.
• Strong hands-on skills deploying and troubleshooting complex networks.

Preferred Skills

• Operational knowledge of firewalls, UTMs, IDS/IPS, and malware prevention systems.
• Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, OpenStack, or VMware.
• Knowledge of best practice architectures for SaaS applications.
