Description

You will design technical solutions by translating business requirements into functional technical architectures, owning the process from stakeholder requests to detailed design delivery.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Gather and author business requirements to create detailed technical design solutions.
• Map existing and new business processes to ensure functional alignment.
• Translate stakeholder requests into enterprise-level technical requirements.
• Collaborate with both Agile and Waterfall project management teams.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience with Salesforce.com (Service Cloud, Field Service and Mobility, Communities Cloud, Sales Cloud).
• 4+ years of experience with SAP (ECC/CRM, S/4 Hana) or comparable service-focused software.
• Hands-on experience with SAP FICA and BRIM (Subscription order management, convergent mediation, convergent invoicing).
• Proficiency in business process mapping.
• Experience working within a service or sales organization.
• Experience in a medical device or regulated industry environment.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
