Description

Design and validate technical solutions for pre-sales engagements, aligning infrastructure with customer business objectives.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Identify customer requirements and architect solutions across private and public cloud infrastructure.
• Build and demonstrate technical solutions using company products, partner technologies, and open source tools.
• Document best practices for developing and deploying solutions.
• Resolve complex technical problems as a liaison between customers and internal product teams.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of professional experience with a focus on pre-sales Solution Architecture.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes security, including hardening, CIS compliance, and pod/container security.
• Proficiency in Kubernetes and cloud networking.
• Automation experience using Python and shell scripting.
• Ability to design and scope deliverables across cloud infrastructure and storage.
• Experience diagnosing complex technical problems to their root cause in multi-technology environments.
• Strong technical presentation skills for customer sales campaigns and senior management briefings.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
