need someone who currently working as solution architect - Techno-Functional and previously as python developer

• Partner with business stakeholders, product owners, and cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Serve as the bridge between business and engineering teams by preparing functional specifications, technical documentation, user stories, and process workflows.
• Collaborate with software developers to design, develop, and implement enterprise applications using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Design and validate RESTful API integrations to enable seamless communication between internal and third-party enterprise systems.
• Support solution architecture by evaluating business processes, identifying technical improvements, and recommending scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions.
• Coordinate end-to-end project delivery, including requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and post-production support.
• Analyze complex business and technical issues, perform root cause analysis, and recommend effective solutions to improve system performance and user experience.
• Work with data engineering teams on data integration, ETL processes, reporting, and analytics to support business decision-making.
• Assist in cloud-based application deployments and support CI/CD pipelines, release management, and production monitoring.
• Facilitate sprint planning, backlog refinement, user acceptance testing (UAT), and release activities while ensuring timely delivery of product features.
• Collaborate with QA, DevOps, and infrastructure teams to maintain application reliability, security, and operational readiness.
• Mentor junior team members, provide functional and technical guidance, and promote best practices in software development and solution delivery
