Description

Design end-to-end technical and functional solutions for large-scale, complex global programs. Lead architecture by translating business requirements into specifications and collaborating with security, infrastructure, and data teams to align with group standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead solution architecture and design for SAP HCM and SuccessFactors ecosystems.
• Review detailed designs, test strategies, and scope to ensure solution fitment and quality.
• Produce high-standard documentation covering infrastructure, operations, alerting, monitoring, and resilience.
• Provide technology perspective input during new product and vendor selection processes.
• Design custom solutions and enhancements on BTP, GCP, or Azure.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in IT design, development, and architecture.
• Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, SF-Recruitment, and SF-Onboarding.
• Deep knowledge of SAP OM/PA with integration touchpoints into payroll, time, and SAP Finance.
• Experience with SuccessFactors PMGM, LMS, and Compensation modules.
• Expertise in data exchange mechanisms including APIs, Events, and file-based integrations between SAP, SuccessFactors, and non-SAP systems.
• Strong understanding of secure design principles.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and English communication skills.
