You will lead the functional and technical solution design for large-scale, complex global HR programs.
Responsibilities
Lead solution architecture and design by engaging directly with business stakeholders to translate requirements into functional and non-functional specifications.
Review detailed designs, test strategies, scopes, and test scenarios to ensure solution fitment.
Collaborate with security, infrastructure, data, and component teams to design end-to-end solutions.
Produce high-standard documentation covering infrastructure, operations, alerting, monitoring, and resilience views.
Provide technology perspective input during new product and vendor selection processes.
Identify duplicated needs across the landscape and suggest cost-effective techniques or value-added services.
Required Skills
12+ years of experience in IT design, development, and architecture.
Proven track record as a Solution Architect working with SAP HCM and SuccessFactors in global, multi-functional programs.
Deep expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, SF-Recruitment, and SF-Onboarding.
Experience with SAP OM/PA including touchpoints into payroll, time, and SAP Finance.
Hands-on experience with SuccessFactors PMGM, LMS, and Compensation.
Technical knowledge of data exchange mechanisms including APIs, Events, and file-based integrations between SAP, SuccessFactors, and non-SAP systems.
Experience designing custom solutions and enhancements on BTP, GCP, or Azure.
Strong understanding of secure design principles.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and English communication skills.
