Description

Lead functional and technical solution architecture for global SAP SuccessFactors programs.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into functional and non-functional specifications.
• Review detailed designs, test strategies, and scope to ensure solution fitment.
• Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and data teams to design end-to-end solutions.
• Produce documentation covering infrastructure, operations, alerting, monitoring, and resilience.
• Provide technology input for new product and vendor selection processes.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in IT design, development, and architecture.
• Proven track record as a Solution Architect with SAP HCM and SuccessFactors in complex, global programs.
• Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, SF-Recruitment, and SF-Onboarding.
• Experience with SAP OM/PA, including touchpoints into payroll, time, and SAP Finance.
• Technical knowledge of SuccessFactors Employee Central and SAP Time & Payroll.
• Proficiency in data exchange mechanisms: APIs, Events, and file-based integrations between SAP, non-SAP, and Data Warehouse/Analytics products.
• Experience designing custom solutions on BTP, GCP, or Azure.
• Strong understanding of secure design principles.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and English communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SuccessFactors PMGM, LMS, and Compensation.
