Description

You will serve as the Subject Matter Expert for second-level pre-sales support across India and SAARC regions, owning complex enterprise BGP WAN architectures and technical solution specifications.

Responsibilities

• Design complex enterprise BGP WAN architectures and respond to RFPs/RFIs with detailed solution specifications.
• Lead technical discussions, product demonstrations, and Proof of Concept (PoC) engagements to validate network designs.
• Conduct hands-on testing for new products and features to validate customer deployments.
• Build technical sales enablement materials, including white papers, solution briefs, and technical notes.
• Consolidate customer requirements to drive feature requests and participate in commercial strategy development.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in a Senior SE, Consulting SE, or technical role within Networking or IT Security.
• Advanced expertise in Routing Protocols, specifically BGP.
• Hands-on experience with SD-WAN technology, including design, site survey, implementation, and troubleshooting.
• Deep knowledge of NGFW, UTM, threat prevention, and SASE technology.
• Strong understanding of TCP/IP, Routing, Switching, WLAN, and Network Security.
• Technical proficiency in SSL/TLS, RADIUS/LDAP, AD, and SAML.
• Experience with IPSec Encryption, Controller Architecture, MPLS, and LTE.
• Scripting knowledge using Python, Bash, PowerShell, or Golang.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, Computer Application, or equivalent industry experience.

Preferred Skills

• Fortinet SD-WAN or competitor SD-WAN certifications.
• Competitor SASE certifications.
