You will define and design end-to-end solution architecture for ServiceNow implementations, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and document solution architecture artifacts for ServiceNow platforms.
• Guide projects through governance processes and Technology Assurance.
• Collaborate with audit leads, developers, and vendors to mitigate technical risks.
• Manage technical debt and ensure solutions meet functional and compliance requirements.

Required Skills

• 11+ years of IT experience with a strong focus on Solution Architecture.
• Extensive hands-on experience in ServiceNow platform architecture and implementations.
• Proven track record delivering end-to-end enterprise SaaS solutions.
• Deep understanding of cloud platforms, microservices, and architectural best practices.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and external vendors.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to AI/ML technologies within service architectures.
• Experience with emerging technologies and modern development practices.
