Description

You will lead the overall design of ServiceNow applications and map business requirements to technical specifications.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and redesign process flows in collaboration with Project Managers.
• Produce detailed functional design documents that align with customer requirements.
• Co-design technical specifications for custom development and systems integration with the Technical Architect.
• Provide consultative guidance and share best practices throughout the technical design phase.
• Lead multiple implementation projects as required.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of total professional experience.
• 5-7 years of experience in professional services or customer support operations.
• 3-6 years of experience in ITSM systems integration and/or implementation.
• Expertise in ServiceNow and ITSM workflows.
• Proficiency in technical design and functional design documentation.
• Experience with flow analysis and process redesign.
• Proven experience in solution consulting.
• Ability to convert complex business requirements into scalable solution designs.

Preferred Skills

• Extensive experience with Service Management tools such as BMC, Landesk, Cherwell, Heat, or Axios.
• Knowledge of web-based, service-based, and enterprise application architecture.
• Familiarity with various project methodologies.
