Description

You will lead solution architecture for business applications and drive technical vision across portfolio products.

Responsibilities

• Define high-level solution intent, target state architectures, and roadmaps by collaborating with Business Architects, Chief Product Owners, and Product Owners.
• Create reference architectures, design patterns, and application design pattern catalogs to ensure consistent implementation.
• Drive product research, vendor interviews, and POC activities for COTs solutions to support buy decisions.
• Plan and develop architectural runway to support new business features and capabilities.
• Partner with Enterprise Architecture, Risk, and Security groups to align solutions with enterprise standards.
• Lead the transformation into Agile Architecture and resolve implementation issues across design, code, and testing.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Solutions Architecture and Business Application development.
• Prior background in software development.
• 8+ years of relevant task management experience.
• Hands-on and architectural experience with modern Cloud Native architectures.
• Extensive experience with microservices, micro-front ends, and 12-factor applications.
• Proven record of leading architects through organizational transformations.
• Ability to communicate business cases for TAWG/ARB approvals.
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• 5+ years of large-scale enterprise transformation experience.
• Experience in the primary or secondary mortgage industry.
• Deep knowledge of enterprise-level platforms used in the mortgage industry.
• Advanced degree.
