Description

You will own the technical architecture and design decisions for complex business requirements.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Business Architects, Chief Product Owner, and Product Owner to create Solution and Technical Architecture for new features or initiatives.
• Partner with business and IT customers to drive product research, manage RFP/vendor interviews, and conduct PoCs for COTS solutions.
• Work with development leads in design brainstorming and design reviews to enforce architectural alignment and standards.
• Resolve implementation issues across the stack—from business requirements to technology—with ART members.

Required Skills

• 18+ years of overall experience, with 8+ years specifically in Solution Architect roles.
• 15+ years of Java development experience.
• Extensive experience with Solution Architecture patterns, including Micro-front Ends and Microservices.
• Hands-on experience with Design patterns and architectural patterns.
• Demonstrable record leading architects through organizational transformations.
• Hands-on and architectural experience with modern Cloud Native architectures.
• 10+ years of relevant task management experience.
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
