Description

You will architect and implement solutions leveraging Veeva Vault.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture, design, and strategy for Veeva Vault implementations.
• Groom requirements and lead data migration strategies using Jira.
• Analyze and map existing data sources to the Veeva Vault structure.
• Troubleshoot complex technical and data migration issues.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of deep experience with Veeva Vault configuration and implementation.
• Expert knowledge of Veeva data model (documents, records, metadata).
• Proficiency in ETL processes and tools for data migration.
• Working experience with Vault Loader and related APIs.
• Strong proficiency in Java or Python.
• Experience grooming requirements in Jira.
• Knowledge of SDLC documentation for GxP projects.
• Understanding of regulatory compliance and data handling standards in life sciences.
• Experience working within Agile methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• First-hand experience working with Veeva Vault Quality.
• Experience with Quality Management processes (NC, CAPA, Change, Audit, Complaints) in Life Sciences/CPG.
