Description

You will design and deliver technical solutions for banking and capital markets platforms, owning the architecture from concept to implementation.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into long-term technology roadmaps and architectural plans.
• Design and develop large-scale banking platforms, ensuring high code quality through static/dynamic analysis and security scans.
• Present architectural proposals to senior technical directors and architecture boards for approval.
• Mentor project teams, plan technical deliverables, and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Implement cloud-native solutions and integration patterns using modern message brokers and platforms.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in software architecture design and development.
• Extensive hands-on experience with Java, J2EE, and RESTful services.
• Proven expertise in database development and large-scale microservices design.
• Hands-on experience designing and implementing cloud-native solutions using GCP or Azure.
• Experience with integration platforms and message brokers such as Kafka, WebMethods, IBM AppConnect, ServiceMix, or ActiveMQ.
• Strong background in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Ability to facilitate design discussions and communicate architectural decisions to technical and non-technical audiences.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, Science, or a related technical field.
