Lead technical strategy and product development for educational technology integration products.

Responsibilities

• Lead external product developers from concept to market.
• Define technical specifications for large-scale Ed-Fi integration solutions.
• Collaborate with technical leads to identify user needs and define product discovery.
• Provide technical oversight and quality assurance throughout the development cycle.
• Communicate technical solutions and design rationale to product teams and senior leadership.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience as a Solution Architect.
• Deep knowledge of Ed-Fi Data Standard and Technology Suite.
• 2+ years of direct technical team management or vendor management experience.
• Experience defining technical specifications for large-scale integration solutions.
• Proven ability to manage the full product development lifecycle.
• Any Graduate.

Preferred Skills

• In-depth knowledge of TEA Texas Student Data Systems.
• Experience working directly with TEA IT.
