Description

Lead architecture and technical direction for large-scale enterprise systems and digital transformation projects.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement solutions across Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud environments.
• Lead large-scale AWS cloud migrations and digital transformation initiatives involving microservices and event streaming.
• Architect integrations between Salesforce and call center applications, including IVR, Chat, and digital channels.
• Oversee the implementation of customer experience management and content management systems.
• Manage technical delivery across API, container, and serverless frameworks.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in solution, application, or architecture for large-scale enterprise systems.
• 3+ years of Salesforce architecture experience, specifically with Apex and Sales/Service Cloud.
• 2+ years of hands-on AWS Cloud experience using EC2, S3, EKS, OpenShift, Lambda, API Gateway, RDS, and CFT.
• 8+ years of hands-on programming experience, including 2+ years with Java and Angular.
• Experience with digital transformation involving microservices, event streaming, and DevOps.
• Proficiency with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Experience with API management and containerization.
• Background in implementing call center integrations including IVR and digital channels.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of customer behavior analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Medallia, or Clarabridge.
