You will own and oversee the technology practice for all projects within the BFSI (India) VBU.

Responsibilities

• Define and review technical architectures at high and low levels of design.
• Ensure the implementation of optimized processes for code review and project output.
• Build, develop, and guide high-performing talent across technology domains.
• Act as an unblocker in an agile environment, assisting architects and developers.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and act as a technology evangelist.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of overall experience, with 5+ years solutioning Enterprise Mobile and Web Applications, preferably for BFSI products.
• Extensive hands-on experience in Backend, Web, Mobile, Cloud, and Artificial Intelligence technologies.
• Proficiency with server-side languages: Java, Node.js, or Python.
• Experience designing and implementing microservices-based architectures.
• Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience in at least one Cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Strong knowledge of native and cross-platform technologies including Android, Kotlin, and iOS.
• Proficiency in designing, implementing, and managing APIs for system integration.
• Solid understanding of security, data privacy, and compliance in the BFSI sector.
