You will own the technology practice for all projects within the BFSI India VBU, overseeing technical architecture and team development.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define and review high-level and low-level technical architectures for enterprise applications.
• Ensure implementation of optimized processes for code review and project output.
• Guide and develop high-performing talent across technology domains.
• Act as an unblocker in an agile environment, supporting architects and developers.
• Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies as a technology evangelist.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of overall experience, including 5+ years in solutioning Enterprise Mobile and Web Applications.
• Proficiency in server-side languages: Java, Node.js, or Python.
• Experience designing and implementing microservices-based architectures.
• Hands-on experience with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience in at least one Cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Strong knowledge of native and cross-platform technologies including Android, Kotlin, and iOS.
• Proficiency in designing, implementing, and managing APIs for system integration.
• Solid understanding of security, data privacy, and compliance in the BFSI sector.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Artificial Intelligence technologies.
• Extensive hands-on experience across Backend, Web, Mobile, Cloud, and AI domains.
