You will lead the end-to-end solution design for strategic customer initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Engage with executives and business stakeholders to influence strategy and adoption.
• Guide Solution Engineers and Consultants, providing coaching and quality oversight.
• Represent the organization externally as a thought leader, shaping customer outcomes.
• Collaborate with Product Development to feed real-world insights into the roadmap.

Required Skills

• 12+ years in P&C insurance technology, solution architecture, or consulting.
• Deep expertise in enterprise SaaS platforms.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional programs and coach teams.
• Experience presenting to senior leadership and acting as a trusted advisor.
• Solution Architecture proficiency.
• Ownership mindset covering delivery, quality, cost, scope, and timeline.
