You will design and implement technical solutions while supporting client operations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical escalations from clients, managing roadblocks per SLA.
• Provide product support by diagnosing user issues and guiding step-by-step resolutions.
• Mentor Production Specialists, developing and conducting targeted training to close skill gaps.
• Identify common problems and document recommended resolutions for the team.
• Follow up with customers to gather feedback and ensure SLA compliance.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience.
• Proficiency in Java 8+ or higher, including J2EE/Java EE.
• Experience with Spring Framework, Spring Boot, and Spring Cloud.
• Designing and documenting RESTful Web Services using OpenAPI/Swagger.
• Working knowledge of AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud platforms.
• Experience with relational (Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Cassandra).
• Familiarity with DevOps practices, including Jenkins and Git/GitHub/GitLab.
• Understanding of security protocols (OAuth2, JWT, SAML) and SSL/TLS.
• Proficiency with build tools like Maven and IDEs such as IntelliJ/Eclipse.
