Description

Design and define scalable AI and GenAI solutions on Azure, focusing on agentic systems, reference architectures, and enterprise governance.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Architect advanced AI systems using LangChain/LangGraph, enabling tool-calling, routing, memory, and stateful workflows.
• Define reusable reference architectures for RAG, conversational AI, document processing, copilots, and decision-support systems.
• Govern LLM orchestration frameworks, implementing best practices for chains, retrievers, tools, and graph-based workflows.
• Establish advanced workflow patterns including supervisor-worker models, branching logic, and human-in-the-loop interactions.
• Lead NLP solution design for classification, summarization, semantic search, and entity extraction using Azure AI Language.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software architecture or engineering.
• Proficiency in Python and data science methodologies.
• Deep expertise in Generative AI (GenAI) principles and implementation.
• Experience designing microservices architecture and API standards.
• Hands-on experience with Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, and Azure AI Search.
• Knowledge of enterprise security, including Entra ID, RBAC, VNET, and private endpoints.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical architectures and ADRs.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Responsible AI practices and compliance standards.
• Background in pre-sales, RFPs, and client solutioning.
