Description

Define end-to-end solution architecture for Capital Markets applications, focusing on scalable cloud-native designs and event-driven systems.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable cloud-native solutions using Microsoft Azure and Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).
• Architect event-driven systems leveraging Kafka and implement messaging patterns.
• Define microservices architecture, API strategies, and service decomposition for integration.
• Develop solution blueprints, HLDs, LLDs, and technical roadmaps for modernization initiatives.
• Lead technical reviews, design governance, and mentor development teams on engineering best practices.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of overall IT experience.
• 5+ years in Architecture or Technical Lead roles.
• Strong expertise in Azure Cloud, AKS, and microservices.
• Proven experience with Kafka and event processing.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Experience with Databricks.
• Deep understanding of RESTful APIs and system design.

Preferred Skills

• Proven experience in the Capital Markets or Banking domain.
• Experience driving application modernization and migration to cloud-native platforms.
