You will architect technical solutions across the organization, defining designs and standards that align with global IT strategy.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support solution finding, creating detailed solution designs for complex business problems.
• Technically lead Agile teams, collaborating with technical leads and IT Architects to ensure delivery quality.
• Coordinate with direct reports to define IT Standards based on global IT strategy and architecture frameworks.
• Integrate modern web application architecture, microservices, and system integration patterns into solutions.
• Apply pragmatic judgment to deliver software that optimizes architecture across business constraints and technological realities.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience in software development.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a technical architect or in a similar leadership role.
• Hands-on knowledge of modern Java development.
• Experience with Document Databases, specifically MongoDB.
• Proficiency with Cloud technologies (AWS or Azure).
• Expertise in architecting solutions for Non-Functional Requirements including security, performance, availability, and scalability.
• Hands-on experience with the development tool chain: GitHub, GitHub Actions, Jira, Sonar, ArgoCD, and JUnit.
• Familiarity with Agile (Scrum) and iterative project methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience related to BMP or OPUS architecture.
