Description

You will design and implement enterprise IT solutions that align technical architecture with business models across HR, Supply Chain, Collections, and Finance.

Responsibilities

• Define technical needs and business strategies to develop integrated IT solutions.
• Evaluate cost implications for various solution options and present implementation plans to clients.
• Manage system changeovers to ensure new solutions integrate with existing architectures.
• Verify that all new solutions meet industry regulation specifications.
• Provide technical advice to clients and relay feedback to the production department to guide product development.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience with enterprise hardware and software solutions.
• Extensive knowledge of operating systems and computer systems.
• Deep understanding of system security and database management.
• Experience working with web platforms.
• Proven track record implementing both build and buy solutions for business operations.
• Expertise in Supply Chain, Collections, and Finance business processes.
• Strong project management and teamwork capabilities.
• Ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or Software Engineering.
