You will own the end-to-end solution design for strategic customer initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Engage directly with executives and business stakeholders to influence strategy and adoption.
• Guide Solution Engineers and Consultants, providing coaching and quality oversight.
• Represent the company externally as a thought leader, shaping customer outcomes and influencing industry practices.
• Collaborate closely with Product Development to feed real-world insights into the roadmap.

Required Skills

• 12+ years in P&C insurance technology, solution architecture, or consulting.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional programs and coach teams.
• Deep expertise in enterprise SaaS platforms (Guidewire preferred).
• Trusted advisor status with customers.
• Experience presenting to senior leadership.
