Description

You will design and deliver scalable Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions, integrating Agentforce for AI-driven marketing. You own the architecture from concept to deployment, ensuring secure, high-performance systems that align with business goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end solution architecture for Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Agentforce, defining data models and integration patterns.
• Oversee implementation of Marketing Cloud modules including Journey Builder, Email Studio, and Automation Studio.
• Architect integrations between SFMC, CRM systems, CDPs, and third-party platforms to ensure data unification and quality.
• Partner with marketing, IT, and business stakeholders to translate technical requirements into actionable strategies.
• Optimize campaigns and system performance by leveraging AI, automation, and emerging Salesforce ecosystem features.

Required Skills

• 5–10+ years of experience in marketing technology or CRM solution architecture.
• Hands-on expertise with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) modules and configuration.
• Strong understanding of data architecture, APIs, and system integration patterns.
• Proficiency in SQL, AMPscript, and server-side scripting for marketing automation.
• Experience designing complex marketing automation solutions and multi-channel campaigns.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholders and communicate technical concepts clearly.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Agentforce for Marketing or similar AI-driven marketing platforms.
• Salesforce certifications (Marketing Cloud Consultant, Marketing Cloud Architect, or Solution Architect).
• Familiarity with Customer Data Platforms (CDPs), personalization engines, and privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA).
