Serve as the primary technical liaison between Client and external partner engineering teams.
Guide partners through the complete integration lifecycle, including solution design, API consultation, architecture reviews, implementation support, certification, testing, and production onboarding
Provide expert guidance on REST APIs, OAuth 2.0 authentication, API security, and platform integration best practices.
Own and manage partner integration health by troubleshooting issues, reproducing defects, analyzing logs, identifying root causes, and driving resolution across internal and external stakeholders.
Conduct architecture and design reviews to ensure integrations meet Music standards for scalability, reliability, security, and performance.
Develop and maintain reusable technical assets including API documentation, onboarding guides, reference implementations, SDK documentation, troubleshooting runbooks, and certification playbooks.
Partner with Product and Engineering teams to identify integration friction points and influence future platform enhancements and API roadmap decisions.
Collaborate with Business Development teams to assess technical feasibility, define integration requirements, and support strategic partnership opportunities.
Support migration initiatives and platform modernization efforts while ensuring minimal disruption to existing partner integrations.
Drive continuous improvement of partner onboarding processes, technical review frameworks, and certification standards.
Minimum Qualifications:
6+ years of experience in a Solutions Architect, Partner Engineer, Integration Engineer, or equivalent technical customer-facing role.
Strong proficiency in REST API design, OAuth 2.0 / authentication flows, and integration debugging (log analysis, API tracing, error reproduction).
Proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both engineering and non-engineering audiences, including external partner stakeholders.
Experience owning end-to-end technical delivery across multiple concurrent partner or customer integrations.
Demonstrated ability to influence outcomes and drive accountability across teams without direct authority.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field (or equivalent experience).
Desired Qualifications:
Experience supporting automotive technology integrations, including Android Automotive OS (AAOS), OEM platforms, infotainment systems, or connected vehicle ecosystems.
Background working within media streaming, digital entertainment, music platforms, or developer ecosystems.
Experience supporting integrations with smart TV platforms, consumer electronics, voice assistants, wearables, or mobile ecosystems.
Familiarity with AI platform integrations involving conversational assistants and generative AI services.
Hands-on coding experience in Java, Python, JavaScript, C#, or similar programming languages.
