Description

Architect and design mobile GIS solutions that meet enterprise IT standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture and design of mobile GIS solutions aligned with enterprise IT standards.
• Drive cloud-based deployments across PaaS, SaaS, and IaaS environments (Azure or AWS).
• Develop and apply cloud security patterns based on system roles and data sensitivity.
• Design systems for high availability, performance, and disaster recovery.
• Integrate GIS with enterprise systems, including SAP, within cross-functional teams.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in GIS architecture and enterprise solution design.
• Proficiency with Esri ArcGIS Enterprise and Esri Field Maps.
• Expertise in DevSecOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines and version control.
• Deep understanding of cloud delivery models and deployment strategies (Azure or AWS).
• Proven ability to design secure, scalable, and maintainable GIS systems.
• Experience supporting mobile GIS use in field operations.
• Familiarity with Agile development environments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SAP-GIS integration.
• Familiarity with Esri Utility Network or complex spatial data models.
