You will design and deliver scalable, secure solutions that align with enterprise architecture guardrails and organizational priorities.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead solution architecture for technology projects, ensuring integration across systems and domains.
• Partner with Enterprise Architects to ensure solutions align with the enterprise’s target architecture and strategic roadmap.
• Engage with the Architecture Review Board to review, refine, and approve solution designs, standards, and patterns.
• Advise in the creation and evolution of architectural guardrails, standards, and reference models.
• Develop and maintain deep knowledge of the technology landscape, business processes, and strategic objectives.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience in enterprise or solution architecture.
• Strong background as an Enterprise Architect.
• Ability to evaluate project scope and develop non-functional requirements.
• Experience driving alignment across teams through facilitation, negotiation, and influence.
• Proficiency in developing architecture and design documentation, including as-built diagrams.
• Knowledge of organizational policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field.
• Experience balancing fit-for-purpose, cost, and long-term sustainability in technology recommendations.
