Description

You will design and lead end-to-end automation solutions for client engagements based in Richardson, TX.

Responsibilities

• Design automation solutions incorporating RPA, ML, AI, and workflow-based tools.
• Manage the full engagement lifecycle, including risk detailing, governance, project planning, scope, budget, and resource allocation.
• Lead multiple IT services delivery engagements with minimum team sizes of 50 resources.
• Collaborate with platform teams, QA, development, operations, and business users to resolve technical and process issues.
• Mentor delivery teams and identify opportunities for capability improvements through training and automation.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of professional work experience.
• 6+ years of hands-on project or program management for Fortune 500 clients.
• 2+ years of hands-on delivery experience in banking, capital markets, insurance, or F&A domains.
• Experience working within an offshore delivery model at a large System Integrator.
• Technical knowledge of RPA, ML, AI, and workflow-based tools.
• Understanding of standard ADM stacks including J2EE and MS.
• Knowledge of Salesforce, ServiceNow, and cloud environments.
• Familiarity with CMM/CMMi/Six Sigma processes.
• Proven experience managing large-scale delivery teams.

Preferred Skills

• PMP Certification.
• Certification or exposure to Design Thinking and Open/Platform thinking.
