Description

You will design and lead the implementation of large-scale business applications from concept to production. This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead application development teams of 8+ members through the full software development lifecycle.
• Partner with Product Owners to translate complex business requirements into technical specifications.
• Break down large business problems into logical, incrementally deliverable pieces through effective work sequencing.
• Implement and teach application development best practices and architectural patterns.
• Communicate complex technical concepts and issues to non-technical stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of application development experience with large-scale or complex business applications.
• 5+ years of experience leading application architecture and implementation from concept through production.
• 5+ years of experience leading development teams of at least 8 members.
• Proficiency with .Net Core and C#.
• Experience with SQL.
• Experience with React.
• Experience with Kafka.
• Hands-on experience with application architecture.
• Experience working within Agile development environments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Node, GraphQL (Hasura), Azure AD, Azure Service Bus, or Sitecore.
