Responsibilities

• Design technical solutions for population health management by analyzing impacts on people, processes, and technology.
• Create comprehensive solution designs and collaborate with engineering and technical architects to ensure implementation alignment.
• Lead estimation sessions and validate business cases to ensure solutions are right-sized for the problem.
• Evaluate partner and vendor APIs for purpose and fit.
• Shape architecture processes, standards, and deliverables within the SDLC.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of overall professional experience.
• 10 years of experience in healthcare.
• 5 years of experience in Population Health Management.
• 2 years of experience with Jiva products, including integration, configuration, and data/analytics solutions.
• Proficiency with Java API development and the Spring framework.
• Experience with JavaScript, jQuery, JSON, and EventAPIs.
• Experience with REST, SOAP, and microservices development.
• Experience with Apache Camel or other EBA.
• Expertise in cloud infrastructure development.

Preferred Skills

• MBA or technical graduate degree.
• Former experience as a management consultant or B2B/Enterprise solutions architect.
