Description

You will design ECM solutions and platform strategies, aligning technical architectures with client business objectives.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Construct ECM solutions and technical application roadmaps based on client strategies and challenges.
• Define solution approaches, estimate work efforts, and assist in developing business cases and investment justifications.
• Provide project advisory services and architectural direction to ensure delivery matches proposed designs.
• Oversee portions of client implementations and provide quality assurance on delivery projects.
• Mentor staff and capture intellectual assets, including design patterns and process models, for the knowledge base.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of total IT project experience, including 5+ years in Solution Architecture.
• Proven experience working in a consulting environment.
• Experience performing complex analysis and providing technical recommendations.
• Background in integrating disparate technologies and platforms.
• Ability to apply structured solution development life cycle principles and techniques.
• Strong facilitation and communication skills for presenting technical issues to business and technical audiences.
• Experience managing multiple projects and technical issues simultaneously.
• Post-secondary degree in a related discipline or equivalent work experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Big Data, AI & Machine Learning, Microservices, Containerization, or Cloud Architecture.
• Knowledge of TOGAF or SOA.
• Knowledge of the Utility sector and Crown corporation work styles.
