Description

You will lead technical engagements to help customers and partners evaluate, adopt, and expand the use of our technology.

Responsibilities

• Provide architectural design services for SD-WAN deployments, including HLD and LLD documentation.
• Perform hands-on testing to validate customer proof-of-concept setups, network designs, and deployments.
• Evangelize technical leadership to customers and partners.
• Deliver professional services on an assignment basis to strategic customers.
• Author whitepapers, knowledge base articles, and other technical content for customers and partners.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in planning, designing, or operating service provider or large enterprise WAN/LAN networks.
• In-depth understanding of the TCP/IP protocol stack and operations.
• Proficiency with WAN technologies and protocols including BGP, OSPF, VPNs, QoS, MPLS, and NAT.
• Experience architecting and managing large-scale, resilient enterprise networking solutions.
• Linux administration skills.
• Python or shell scripting knowledge.
• Active Secret or Top Secret Clearance.
• Strong hands-on skills in deploying and troubleshooting complex networks.

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, OpenStack, or VMware.
• Operational knowledge of next-gen firewalls, UTMs, IDS/IPS, and malware prevention systems.
