Description

Lead the technical architecture, design, and implementation of PTC Windchill PLM solutions for engineering R&D.

Responsibilities

• Design and tailor PLM solutions for Parts Management, Product Structure, Configuration, Engineering Change, and Option and Variants Management.
• Execute technical architecture, installation, configuration, and customization of PTC Windchill.
• Manage Windchill integrations with enterprise applications including ERP, CRM, and MES.
• Direct the technical lifecycle from initial design through performance tuning and integration.
• Lead teams using Agile and Waterfall methodologies to deliver engineering R&D solutions.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of industry experience in Windchill PLM Solution Architecture.
• Advanced proficiency in PTC Windchill.
• Deep expertise in Java and Windchill REST APIs for system customization.
• Proven experience integrating Windchill with ERP systems.
• Strong understanding of Engineering R&D and New Product Development processes.
• Hands-on experience with CAD systems including Creo, Solidworks, and AutoCAD.
• Knowledge of middleware and integration patterns for enterprise-level applications.
• Ability to work within Agile and Waterfall frameworks.
